Contract and Facilities Administrator
Our super client based in Lutterworth is looking for a Contracts and Facilities Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for three month's.
GBP25,000-GBP28,000pa dependent on experience.
Monday to Friday-36.25 hour week.
You will be assisting with some of the day to day facilities tasks including liaising with contractors, emailing staff and general facilities administration duties. In relation to the contract for service administration, you would be assisting with drafting agreements based on current templates, sending out the agreements and chasing the return of these.
Ideal candidates will have-
•Previous experience in contract and facilities administration.
•Ability to multi-task, be highly organised, a high level of attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
•A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
•Strong business analytics skills.
•Diligent, disciplined and able to work well under pressure and within timed deadlines.
•Work well within a small team but have the ability to complete tasks individually when required.
•Excellent communications skills required both verbal and written to communicate with both Suppliers, Customers, and Managers.
