Our client a well-established distributor are looking for an Office Assistant to join their rapidly expanding team based in Wetherby. You role will require you to fulfil all day to day duties to enable the organisation to run smoothly while attending to marketing and other social media duties.

Responsibilities:

Data order inputting using Sage 200

Answering all incoming telephone calls transferring to the relevant.

Update all systems data on in-house CRM

General filing and scanning

Providing the highest level customer service

Mail distribution

Scheduling returns and repairs.

Stock control picking and packing may be required.

Booking in order through batch codes

Maintenance of in-house cleaning.

Additional Adhoc duties where required.

Skills:

Previous Sage 200 experience desirable

Computer Literate

Good Communicator and Listener

Previous customer service skills

Proactive and can do attitude

Must drive due to location.

Monday - Friday - 9am till 5pm

Salary - GBP15 - 17k
