Working for an emergency response service, we are looking for Call Handlers to provide a fast and efficient service to all users.
The response centre operates 24 hours a day which provides a monitoring and emergency service via a bespoke developed computer system, ensuring fast access to essential information. Using this information a decision will be made on the appropriate action to be taken.
What will I be doing as a Call Handler?
* Acting as the first point of contact to all incoming calls
* Answer and respond to incoming calls
* Provide a high level of service to local and police authorities, service users and housing associations
* Updating the system with accurate call notes
As the successful Call Handler you will have a calm, empathetic approach whilst working at a fast and accurate speed.
You must have demonstrable experience of using IT systems and software to a competent level.
As a Call Handler working for this market leader in technology enabled care, you will be fully flexible in your hours of work to provide cover as per your shift pattern. .
You will be based at the Doncaster site where there is free parking and access via public transport
