An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join an industry leading client on a permanent basis.
Due to expansion a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a team of 4 helping to support a growing company.
This is a challenging and varied role, excellent attention to detail is a must as you will be proof reading reports before they are distributed out to customers.
Within the role you will be supporting the Office Manager assisting with HR duties and you duties will be split 50/50 between general admin focusing on the field based staff. You will be responsible for organising meetings, travels and accommodation, assisting with the HR processes including new starters, leavers, contracts and attendance management. Conducting monthly team meetings, supporting the admin team with any overflow work and Adhoc reception cover (phones/post).
We're looking for candidates who have management and administrative experience. With GCSE A-C in English, Maths and Science. You will need to have excellent IT skills especially in GCSE maths, English and science. The successful candidate will also need a full UK driving licence.
In order to make the role a success you will need excellent levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
You will also be able to work well under pressure and manage your own workload efficiently.
Previous experience in HR is desirable but not essential, and would strongly support any application.
