You`ll be the first point of contact for these existing customers, and you`ll help to resolve their questions and queries. Salary £18,000 rising to £19,750 after 6 months just as a Thank you!

We are looking for Passionate Customer Service Advisors dedicated to putting customers at the heart of what they do.
About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers taking inbound calls. You will engage with the customers, actively listen to them and ensure that their enquiry or concerns are appropriately handled every time.
Using your initiative and customer service skills to satisfy the customer`s needs and efficiently retain that customer.
With your active questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.
So what do you need?
Ideally you will come from a Customer Service or Sales background, however this is not essential.
You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport by being a people person who likes to talk but listen!!
Customer Service Advisor`s will have:
An understanding of working in a regulated environment and preferably in contact centre environment
A passion to deliver a first-class customer service
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, targeted environment
Excellent communication skills
Great team spirit!

Working 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (you will be required to work 1 weekend Sat & Sunday + 1 Sunday per month)
