An Occupational Health company based in Leicestershire is seeking a Audiology Services Manager to manage the audiology services division of the company.

The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate all activity of the division and manage the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) NHS contracts for Adult Audiology Services and the non-AQP audiology contracts. The successful candidate will manage assigned resources, monitor service standards to ensure that the service meets/exceeds the Service Level Agreements and produce the necessary financial and NHS/DOH statistics required to support the service.

Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the correct receipt, processing and storage of confidential medical information
- Maintain the computer based NHS contracts database, processing all patient outcomes in accordance
- Co-ordinate and manage appointment scheduling for the audiologists
- Produce monthly reports for invoicing and service levels
- Review existing procedures and implement streamlined working practices in agreement and conjunction with the board of directors
- Manage assigned resources
- Maintain an inventory and liaise with on-site audiologists to assist in the procurement of equipment and consumables
- Ensure relevant information is disseminated in a timely and accurate manner
- Receive visitors and deal with their enquiries in a professional and hospitable manner at all times, where required
- Responsible for arranging meetings, booking venues, notifying participants, where required
- Adhere to relevant legislation, e.g. Data Protection Act and comply with AQP and non-AQP contractual requirements and company policy

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum A Level or equivalent
- NHS or equivalent experience preferable
- Staff management experience
- Very organised, able to use your initiative & show creativity in delivering results
- A great team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; oral communication must be particularly clear
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
- A flexible approach to working hours and environment
- Adaptable to an ever-changing environment
