Package:

GBP30,000 - GBP38,000

OTE GBP4k onwards per annum (paid Quarterly)

Area:

East Midlands & East Anglia also South Yorkshire & part of the Northern Home Counties

Role:

Selling a range of plumbing and bathroom products.

Selling to Social Housing, Contractors, Merchants, Developers, Architects and other specifiers.

Good mix of New Business winning and Account Management.

Very healthy territory and area doing really well.

Identify key decision makers and quickly establish the relationships links.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers

Person:

Proven successful field sales person who has sold relevant building / construction related products and maybe sold a wide range of products. (from Paints through to HVAC)

Experience of Specification sales (Used to a longer burn process) - dealing with LA, HA, Architects and Contractors

Ideally with Knowledge of Plumbing systems and procedures.

Not a job hopper (Need to have someone with at least 3-4 years in a role)

Effective communicator at all levels avoiding technical jargon

Good at customer presentations, with excellent rapport building skills and strong negotiating and influencing skills
