Due to our on-going success and to fulfil our plans for continuous development of the organisation, we are recruiting for an Assessor to support the provision of an effective and efficient Learning and Development service across our sites in Lincolnshire and Peterborough.

About The Job:
The successful applicants will provided assessment and guidance to employees on Diploma qualifications in Level 2 and Level 3 Adults and/or Childcare Diplomas and Induction/Care standards. The successful applicants will manage a case load of employees across the group to support ongoing progression and completion within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of individual employee assessment plans and support performance and progression to achieve target date for completion.
Assess output against performance criteria and provide feedback on employee performance against objectives.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that files are stored in a safe and secure location, available for review by the Internal Verifier
Attend regular team and standardisation meetings to ensure consistency and best practice.
Attend External Verification meetings as required.
Support the delivery of training courses across the Group
Complete reports and provide management information as requested

Essential Experience Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Training and Assessment experience in the Care sector for both Adult and Children's services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable work with people at all levels
Excellent IT skills
Ideally, applicants will have Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Care
Ideally, applicants will hold a recognised Assessor Award (e.g. A1, TAQA, D23/33)

Remuneration Package
The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration package that will consist of a basic salary of GBP18,000 as well as comprehensive training and other company benefits such as; pension, life assurance & a child care voucher scheme.
