Salaried PGCE Teacher Training Programme - Premier Pathways - Cambridgeshire
Aspiring Primary Teachers required to join our revolutionary Teacher Training Programme!

We are looking for high achieving graduates who have their hearts set on qualifying as Primary School teachers in Cambridgeshire. If you hold a 2:1 degree and have experience working with young people preferably within a Primary school setting then this is the perfect opportunity for you to begin your journey into teacher training.

Premier Pathways is offering graduates the chance to work in a school for 2-years and gain a PGCE with QTS whilst being paid at the same time!

Graduates enrolled onto the trainee teacher programme will embark on a 2-year journey where they will start work in a support based capacity before seeing their responsibilities gradually increase as they move through the programme. By initially working in a support based capacity for the first and second term of the programme, trainee teachers will learn to manage their workload and discover the basics of teaching through the support of an expert in-school mentor before they start planning and preparing their own classes to teach!

Premier Pathways is the only teacher training model which sees participants work in a school for the entire length of the PGCE qualification making them more equipped and giving them more school based experience than any other route into teaching!

•GBP15,000 pa training salary
•2-year school-based teacher training programme starting September 2017
•Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham
•Dedicated participant support team and in-school mentoring
•Regular peer networking opportunities

We are looking for graduates with a strong academic background and a clear mindset that a career in Primary teaching is exactly what they want to do! Positions are available across Good and Outstanding primary schools based across Cambridgeshire, so what are you waiting for?! Interviews are to take place during September.

To apply for a place on Premier Pathways starting in September 2017 please contact Matt Burgum at EduStaff today to discuss the application process!

Edustaff also specialise in helping Graduates to find Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant roles so if you are interested in working in a Learning Support capacity for the next academic year, we also want to hear from you!
