Due to continuing business success and growth they now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Business Development Manager to join the team, overlooking the Midlands, East Midlands, Leeds, Sheffield & North East territories, working from home. This position will be working for Luxaflex, a leading premier brand within the European window coverings market. Business Development Manager responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of your area calling on extensive portfolio of retail customers as well as looking to expand this data base. You will also be responsible for: • Management of opening new accounts, maintaining and developing. • Resolving any customer queries or issues. • Supporting customers through excellent service and product knowledge. • Diary management and efficient journey planning. • Presenting area performance at sales meetings. • Identifying and qualifying any potential sales leads and following up on them. • If necessary, spending a night away from home usually once a week. The ideal Business Development Manager: In order to be successful for this role, you will need to have proven experience in managing a sales territory, preferably business to business. You will be a confident individual with a passion for smashing targets and identifying possible sales opportunities.
