To be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of the HR & Facilities department in terms of internal communication, general HR & Facilities administrative support. You will deliver a professional, effective, efficient and accurate level of delivery whilst providing an excellent service and liaising with internal stakeholders. You will also assist generally in the day to day work of the HR department. Key accountabilities You will be responsible for managing all internal communication this entails supporting and administering all internal communication activities such as maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) for HR & Facilities updates, newsletter, general information, etc. You will plan and write content for variety of internal communications mediums (LMS, newsletter, internal email, etc). You will actively liaise with other internal departments to obtain updates and relevant information to update LMS and support the design and fully administer employee surveys and monitor progress and ensuring accurate data reporting. You will also support the L&D Manager in co-ordinating engagement events and other forums and people activities. Within your role you will also support and assist the Facilities department with administration and activities such as office/furniture moves, manual handling and cover reception during breaks whilst also supporting the Head of HR & Facilities with diary management, note taking and general administration. You will be responsible for the LMS system and occasionally maintain the HR database. You will deal with basic relevant enquiries from employees and managers. We are looking for someone who shares our values and vision and aim to collaborate with others to provide a straightforward approach to business and give our customers a great service and experience Skills & experience The successful candidate will be educated to A level or equivalent and have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and have worked within a role that has to deliver work and provide a service within defined service levels. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft word and Excel. You will have great attention to detail and have excellent team working skills.
