Interim In-House Recruiter (7 Weeks)
Experienced Interim In-House Recruiter required, ideally recruited for large site recruitment across a number of disciplines and ideally in the fmcg, manufacturing sector. (It is important that they have experience in volume recruitment - weekly, hourly employees mainly). Working for a well known large blue-chip company. THE ROLE This role is an interim position covering a gap of 7 weeks before the perm person starts. It is a very busy site and there is volume recruitment on roles at all levels across multiple disciplines on a considerably large fmcg site. The interim candidate must have a number of years of in-house recruitment either worked for a large manufacturing or fmcg organisation and capable of working stand alone. The role will require working closely with internal stake-holders, the HR team and meeting recruitment deadlines. The ideal candidate will be capable of prioritising their work-load on a regular basis, building strong relationships with key personnel across the site, working closely with and making sure that the right procedures are followed through-out the process. This role requires a very organised person, someone who follows through on detail and is capable of using their own initiative and getting results. Must have strong communication skills, the ability to quickly form meaningful working relationships, taking on responsibility and working in a fast paced ever changing working environment where no two days are the same. Someone who completes tasks and works to a high standard. THE CANDIDATE At least 3 years In-house recruitment experience working for a large manufacturing company or in the fmcg sector. Experience working in a stand alone capacity and leading on all recruitment. Recruited roles across all disciplines Available from 14th August for 7 weeks An organised, disciplined person capable of working on their own initiative and building strong working relationships with a number of different stakeholders across the site.
