The Company: My client is an established training provider who hold a Grade 1 OFSTED report. They are fully established in the training world and have a strong reputation within the industry, mainly due to the quality of staff they have on their team. This role has become available due to expansion as the company are now seeking to expand further. This client provides apprenticeships across many sectors inlcuding Hairdressing, Barbering, Customer Service, Team Leading, etc. The Role: The role requires an experienced assessor in place that is comptent and has experience in delivering Management qualifications at Level 5 standard to a range of learners across the East Midlands. Based from an office in Nottingham, you will be required to cover Nottinghamshire, Derby, and Leicester, covering a maximum caseload of 28 learners. When not out visiting learners, you will be required in the office to complete the admin part of the role. This client works off paper based portfolios only at present and the awarding body used for the qualification is ILM. The Candidate: A strong background within assessing is required, with a minimum of 2 years assessing experience expected. You must be able to deliver Functional Skills up to Level 2. It is essential that you hold a driving license and have daily access to your own vehicle. Qualifications Required: Essential qualifications: Assessor Qualification (A1, D32, TAQA, etc.) Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CertEd, etc.) Level 4 Management Qualification (minimum) Desirable qualifications: Verifier Qualification (V1, IQA, etc.) Salary & Benefits: Starting salary of £21,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
