Fluent Spanish/Italian/English Speaking Customer Service Administrator
This leading international company are looking for Spanish/Italian speaking Customer Care Administrators to be based at their head office in St Neots, Cambridge, England.
Fluent Spanish/Italian speakers are required to deliver the highest levels of service excellence and positively contribute to achieving the highest quality customer care. Serving the Spanish/Italian market the Spanish/Italian speaking Customer Care Administrators will provide expert customer support by building and development customer relationships with internal Spanish/Italian customers as well as interpreting sometimes complex queries, initiating the appropriate action, and ensuring effective resolution of all requests.
Successful Spanish/Italian speaking Customer Care Administrators will need to be able to demonstrate:
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Must be fluent in both oral and written English, Italian and Spanish
* Excellent IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers
* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach
* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning
