They are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their UK team base in Huntingdon.

Job Role

The Customer Services Team is responsible for on time delivery of Customers Consumable Orders. This position has a high impact on our client's success, ensuring their Customers receive accurate on time deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Order Entry
  • Scheduled Shipments
  • Quoting vis Telephone and E Mail
  • Purchase Order Entry
  • Invoice Queries and Credit Notes
  • Price Queries
  • MSDS Queries
  • Contract Billing
  • Update visual management to reflect results

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good Organiser
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Accurate with an eye for detail
  • Can demonstrate works well under pressure
  • Process driven
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications and internet
