In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships and communication with the wholesalers on behalf of our publishers. Drawing on your ability to form logical conclusions, you will be able to analyse data and present findings to key individuals. You will also manage wholesale account review meetings, take actions and ensure completion by agreed dates.

In addition, you will:

Communicate new launches and title information
Pull together a weekly pack to send to Wholesale to promote on their communication channels
Manage wholesale account review meetings and adhere to deadlines.
Manage any ad-hoc queries in relation to wholesale operations
Be an expert on the wholesale reporting systems and provide support to other users
Barcode Management - Support, when required, the barcode/pre-production cover checking process to minimise the number of barcode errors that reach wholesale and retail

Supply Chain Executive | Administrator | Excel | Administration | Supply Chain | Solution Focused

Essential Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain powerful working relationships
Solution driven approach to overcoming obstacles
Competent user of Excel and a proven ability to deal with large levels of data e.g. pivot tables, VLookups etc.
Administration experience in a high-pressure environment where task prioritisation is critical
Experience of operational supply chains is preferred
