Account Director - Document Management & Digital Printing
Sales Account Director role for a leading Document Management & Digital Printing firm. Lead and drive Key Accounts in document management, digital printing and automated/direct mailing Client Details Our client is a leading Document Management & Digital Printing firm based in the East Midlands Description - To be successful as a Sales Account Director - you will have at least 5 years of Transactional print and mail and/or direct mail, capable of managing £1,000,000 revenue. - 3-5 years' B2B selling experience within a commercially/ selling targeted environment - You will work with the wider account team to manage accounts through strong interpersonal skills, planning and organizational abilities and strategic thinking. - You will have commercial target that will be to retain and grow client revenue across the 4 quarters of the agencies FY. - You will have excellent people management skills, with previous experience managing a small team - You should be professional, challenging, inspirational, supportive and motivational to the team around you - Management of all print, mail and e-services invoicing process - Increase revenue through promoting the full end-to-end processes, sales and additional services. Profile - Will manage multiple key strategic accounts, drive strategy and advise customers on how to drive communications - Will have experience in line management, development and mentoring of a team of Account Managers - Will have experience in growing accounts organically, whilst bringing in new business for Account Managers - Ideally based in Leicester, Nottingham or East Midlands Job Offer £40 - £55k basic salary £80 - 100k OTE (uncapped).
