CAS Behavioural Health is a UK provider of high quality specialist adult healthcare. We are currently recuriting Support Workers to join our onsite team. Broughton House in Brant Broughton Lincoln is a mixed gender, 52 week residential care for young adults aged 16-25 with autism and severe learning disabilities, often accompanied by complex needs and challenging behaviour. As a Support Worker you will: - Build professional working relationships with residents and other staff members throughout the establishment - Maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for our residents - Learn about our individual's specific needs and help meet those needs in the most appropriate way following individual care plans and all policies / procedures - To assist residents with their medical and welfare needs, supporting to maintain their personal cleanliness, general hygiene and appearance We are looking for people with: - A caring and supportive nature - The ability to work effectively as a part of a team - Excellent communication skills and resilience - The adaptability to handle challenging situations as and when they arise - Any relevant care experience / qualification is desirable, however this is not essential as full training will be provided Above all, you will be someone with a genuine desire to help others. What’s in it for you? Hourly rate: £7.65. Requirements Candidates will need to be flexible to work on a 2 week rolling rota: Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 7:45 – 20:00. Week 2: Weds, Thurs 7:45 – 20:00.
