To be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of the Learning and Development department, and ensuring the smooth preparation and evaluation of all training sessions by liaising with colleagues and external providers. Key accountabilities You main responsibilities will be to liaise with the Learning and Development Manager and other Trainers to establish training requirements, and to ensure training is delivered in line with the delivery plan and within timescales. You will manage requests via the Learning Management System for internal and external training, ensuring when applicable requests are authorised by the Learning and Development Manager and or Line Managers. You will be responsible for organising the training events, room bookings, travel, and accommodation for the Learning and Development team when required and support all Trainers by creating, proof reading, printing where applicable and branding handouts / training packs, and certificates. Obtain post training feedback via the LMS and produce reports. You will assist in any projects relating to Learning and Development and adapt responsibilities in line with business needs. Within this role you will also support and assist the Facilities department with administration and activities such as office/furniture moves, manual handling and cover reception during breaks. Person The successful candidate will be passionate individual by nature who will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our fun, open plan and vibrant contact centre in the heart of Leicester. Skills & experience The successful candidate will have Level 2 or 3 Business Administration and have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages. You will have a proven track record of providing administration and training support services ideally within a Learning and Development environment. Experience of working to measureable targets and deadlines is key and you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have an understanding of SharePoint systems and training dashboards and be a strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to work and colleagues.
