Continuous Improvement Manager - Lean / Six Sigma Black belt Leicester £55,000pa Bens Due to an internal move, our financial services client have a permanent vacancy for a Continuous Improvement Manager based onsite in Leicester. The purpose of the CI Manager is to Develop a culture to understand, protect and improve our Customer’s experiences. Key responsibilities include; Delivery of significant improvements (benefits) of Continuous Improvement projects using appropriate methodologies (E.g. DMAIC, DDI) Organising and managing multi-disciplinary teams during the life cycle of the improvement activity Training, coaching and mentoring of Green Belt CI Managers (both full and part time) on the appropriate CI methodologies to ensure their delivery of successful CI projects, and personal development through to Black Belt level. Leading all Project Gateway reviews and providing support to Green Belts to ensure quality and adherence to process. Key Skills /Experience required; Experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives within a customer centric operational environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and influence Senior Leaders and Managers through the lifecycle of Continuous Improvement projects. Flexible customer centric approach to delivery Strong analytical, facilitation and coaching skills Proven success in Continuous Improvement Team leadership Effective and structured risk management and mitigation, ensuring delivery of expecting improvements A Six Sigma Black belt or Lean Black Belt Accreditation is essential to the success of this role, and Prince2 and / or Agile Project Management certifications are highly desirable.
