Now is a great time to join us as we are fully underway with our contact centre business transformation. To help support our growth and change management, we are seeking multiple Change Management professionals, including this Interim PMO Lead role. The PMO Lead focuses on support and coordination within the Contact Centre. This could include Projects, the Transformation Programme, change initiatives and CC governance. This role will work across the business at all levels. Internal relationships will be varied given the extensive nature of the support and coordination role. Key responsibilities: To provide support to Project Management Office Manager i.e., set up meetings, collate project data and assist in the development of standard templates Liaison with Project Managers, Programme Managers and other departmental heads Ensuring the existence of, and quality assuring, project plans, status reports and all other documentation required as part of the project delivery framework Support Project and Programme Governance as required. This will focus on areas such as: Risk Management, Change Management, Reporting, Benefits Realisation Tracking, Documentation Management Understand the Project Lifecycle requirements and be a champion to the processes Track, monitor and report on Contact Centre changes within projects and programmes. Ensure Project Managers proactively raise changes. Work with the PMO to define suitable key performance indicator metrics for reporting at a senior level Provide ad-hoc support and co-ordination duties as requested by the PMO Produce reports and provide administration support to the Programme Office Manager and CC PMO Key skills required: Candidates will ideally have supported a growing contact centre in a similar role We would expect the successful applicant to be we versed in formal project/programme methods/disciplines (e.g. Prince2/agile/PMBOK) You should be confident in your ability to help refine the PMO capability, through defining and successfully implementing PMO processes We are looking for someone with experience of shaping and building PMO capability in an organisation who can support and manage a work load spanning across several work streams Skilled in supporting and developing colleagues in PMO practices and workload management Additional skills that would be desirable are : Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Arrays, Pivot Tables, basic understanding of macros / visual basic Prince II practitioner Domestic & General are an equal opportunities employer which means we treat people fairly.
