We are looking to appoint a dynamic Office Administrator to join our friendly team based in Peterborough. We are a small established company of 15 years working in the Building Maintenance sector. The applicant will work in a team as well on their own initiative. We seek high standards from the right candidate as this is expected from our clients.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

Salary: GBP17,000-GBP18,000 depending on experience

The role will be to carry out all administration duties required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the company. This will involve making and receiving telephone calls, processing data, filing, copying, keeping and maintaining contact records, organising trades, ordering materials, and keeping clients informed on a daily basis. Training will be provided.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a good telephone manner and be very organised. Attention to detail is imperative. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel a must.
