A leading global integrated security company specialising in the provision of security products, services and solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator based in Worksop to join its expanding team. As the Project Coordinator, your duties will be to:

- Provide a full administrative service so that the needs of the functional / departmental team are met.
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Monitor and track progress and handle any issues that may arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.
- Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner that meets audit requirements.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and diaries ensuring individual and functional / departmental objectives are met.
- Collate, produce and distribute regular and ad-hoc statistics and reports so that individuals and departments receive accurate up to date information to ensure contractual compliance
- Update, maintain and interrogate the concept system to ensure accurate records.
- Deal with all routine queries so that an appropriate response is provided.
- Act in accordance with security and operational instructions at all times to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment (as required by secure establishments).
- Provide full administration support with letter production and support for administration duties.

To be a successful Project Coordinator you will have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in cooperating with Managers for the delivery of projects, solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of PM tools and strong communication skills.
- Able to manage workloads and prioritise as accordingly.

In return, the Project Coordinator will receive a salary of GBP25,000 per annum.
