They are looking for a Field Sales Executive, to generate and convert new health insurance leads into sales to actively grow the business by achieving and exceeding stretching targets. This role is fundamental in growing the business as there is emphasis on building and maintaining relationships and ensuring that the brand and products are marketed effectively to their stakeholders.

As this role will be mainly field based you must be willing to travel and have a flexible working approach to managing your administration tasks. Knowledge of field sales and an insurance background paramount as it is a great opportunity to apply your expertise to add value to this fast-growing business.

Main Responsibilities:
- Increase Sales by the generation of leads and winning of new business
- Generate sales via all their channels to market. Building contacts and relationships with businesses, introducers, brokers and IFAs.
- To sell Healthcare Trusts by identifying and making contact with Businesses, Associations and Sporting Clubs.
- Generate Sales through a programme of verbal, written and face to face communications
- Support and train the Affiliates and Brokers in line with FCA requirements
- Support the development of products and services offered by the company
- Effectively manage appointments and meetings to negotiate and build relationships
- Keep abreast of industry changes and competitors' products
- Undertaking training and keeping knowledge current
- Assist with various reporting tasks, administration, and projects, maintaining confidentiality at all times

The Ideal Candidate:
- Insurance experience, ideally medical
- Knowledge of the insurance industry including FCA guidelines
- Proven sales experience managing portfolio of customers & building relationships
- Proven track record of sales success
- Excellent customer service skills and background
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Project management skills
- Strategic thinker, who can bring new ideas that can move quickly to execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
