LOCATION: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

JOB TITLE: Legal Secretary

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive depending on experience

WORKING HOURS: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm.

THE COMPANY: Our client was established in 1784 and they specialise in most areas of law, both private and commercial. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join their team in Wisbech on a full-time permanent basis.

THE ROLE: As a Legal Secretary you will be required to complete audio typing and general administration duties. You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, and the ability to work well within a team would be essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities for the Legal Secretary role:

• Audio Typing
• Answering incoming calls
• Filing
• Updating client's records
• Accessing third party websites
• Other administration duties when required

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Legal Secretary will be highly organised with the ability to work under your own initiative. You will be a driven individual who is capable of demonstrating strong written and verbal skills. You will be computer literate and possess a professional telephone manner. You must have excellent attention to detail. You ideally will live within a commutable distance to Wisbech.

Key skills and experience for the Legal Secretary role:

Previous secretarial experience - essential
Experience within the Legal industry - desirable
Competent in the use of computers - essential
Good typing skills - essential
The ability to organise your work load efficiently is required
A professional telephone manner
