Sales Support Administrator £23-25K Working within a fast paced environment to support the Sales team, selling innovative digital learning solutions to an extensive client base of corporate companies Providing account and relationship support to clients and supporting the team in achieving targets Gathering commercial intelligence to provide sales administration support to ensure the successful running of our internal sales processes This role is suitable for a confident, organised and experienced individual that thrives in working in a busy and target driven sales environment What does the role involve? - Building positive relationships with our clients and acting as a key point of contact - Providing administrative support to the sales tea, - Creating sales orders, statements of work and quotations - Producing weekly and monthly sales reports - Coordinating and preparing client account folders for meetings - Preparing client research to - Maintaining the internal CRM system - Organising and booking travel Experience - Experience working in a sales team with a corporate client base - Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or business support capacity - Good communication skills - A proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Experience with CRM systems Interested?
