HR Advisor £26000 - £28000 Company Benefits Location - North Leicester If you are a great HR Advisor that cares about people and are confident in providing a professional, proactive and comprehensive tailored service to each of the internal employees and stakeholders then this is the role for you This company has over 30 years experience and is looking for a new HR Advisor to come on board and have the opportunity to support its staff members to the same standard they support their customers. This is a critical role within the HR team, you will be responsible for supporting a busy personnel team across a number of sites providing a professional, comprehensive and efficient service. This is a generalist role, supporting managers with case management including performance, misconduct and grievance meetings, management and coordination of sickness absence cases, general personnel administration, update and maintenance of the electronic personnel system. Production of departmental and business statistical information and reports. Duties: - Working as part of a team, you will be reporting to the HR Manager in driving the HR Services Agenda - You will have extensive experience advising simultaneously on complex employee relations cases, whilst being excellent at building strong relationships with stakeholders and have a proactive and influential work style. - You will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects linked to business objectives, - Using excellent interpersonal skills to support the HR team not only at Head Office but across the UK's regional sites and divisions from Operations through to Sales functions. - Adopting a coaching style on Disciplinaries and grievances, absence management, performance issues, training & development and policies and procedures etc. while analysing metrics and data in order to produce reports. - Develop company personnel policies, standard operating procedures. - Establish and monitor employee pay scales. - Resolve employment-related disputes through proactive communication.
