Bridge McFarland Solicitors are recruiting a Credit Controller to work within the Finance Team, reporting to the Accounts Manager.  At least one year’s experience of working in a similar role would be preferred.

The main responsibility of this role will be undertake the credit control processes under the supervision of the Accounts Manager which will include: regular monitoring of client exposure/commercial risk issues, collecting from the client base using discretion and your own judgement and referring to your manager or partners when necessary, production of client statements and analysis of charges, providing detailed financial information in support of bills i.e. hourly schedules and disbursement breakdowns.   Full details are contained in the attached job description.

Excellent organisational skills are essential for this position together with the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative. Experience of working with Excel spreadsheets is essential.

This role is based in Lincoln but you may be expected to travel to other branches so you must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.

Salary is negotiable and will be dependant on experience.
