Customer Support Executive

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum

Vacancy Filler is a leading provider of recruitment software and services. Our products are designed to help in-house recruiters take control of their hiring process using a powerful and intuitive cloud-based system.

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Support Executive in a multi-disciplinary support team that comprises implementation consultants, technical support analysts and training specialists.

This role of the Customer Support Executive is challenging and varied, but ideal for candidates looking to support a wide range of clients across various industries in a fast moving environment.

This role will consist of posting client adverts on careers pages and external job boards, providing exceptional first line support through phone calls and Live Chat messaging, whilst also resolving technical and general enquiry support tickets within agreed service levels.

Duties of the Customer Support Executive

  • Assisting customers with the creation of their recruitment campaigns
  • Responding to in-bound candidate and client support calls
  • Resolving helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
  • Managing internal systems and tools
  • Supporting our account management team with client business reviews
  • Skills Required

  • Graduate or minimum 12 months customer support experience
  • Computer literacy including experience of using outlook, word, excel in a business environment
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and think on your feet
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence, drive and an outgoing personality
  • Working as a team is an essential part of this role
  • Ability to identify and escalate service improvements for the benefit of both the company and client
  • Confidence to learn and develop through continuous training and development
  • It would be advantageous if you have experience of the recruitment industry
