REGISTERED BRANCH MANAGER BASED IN NOTTINGHAM SALARY UP TO £28,000 PER ANNUM Our client is a leading care provider with a strong senior management team. Also: · Lead provider with excellent reputation · Centralised on call in head office · Excellent recruitment & retention rates · Branch Trainor with recruitment advisors in each branch · Centralised recruitment support As a Registered Branch Manager you will need to : · Be responsible for the development of your branch, the service, branch staff and carers out in the field. · Promote the highest standards of care and service - ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business. · Develop and manage relationships with clients, local authority, customers and their families · Seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with key individuals and identify business development opportunities. · Take accountability quality & compliance ensuring CQC regulations and company policies are maintained. · Be responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff in order to build the business · NO on-call duties required The Ideal Candidate will have: · Experience of running a domiciliary care service · Knowledge of regulatory requirements · Experience of managing local authority contracts · Experience of business development to meet identified KPI's · Have strong leadership and management experience · Hold the qualification of QCF Level 5 or equivalent or be prepared to undertake the qualification · Must hold a full UK driving Licence and have access to a vehicle Additional Requirements: Driving Licence For more information on this Domiciliary Care Manager role please apply now with you CV attached.
