Sue Ross Legal are pleased to have been instructed by a well known firm of Solicitors in Nottingham to recruit a new Practice Manager for them. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and experience of the general day to day management of a law firm and your duties will include amongst others; - Managing company finances - Handling HR issues including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinaries, welfare issues etc - Ensuring adherence to SAR - Renewing employee Practicing Certificates - Processing staff wages etc - Managing external contracts including suppliers, utilities etc This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the above experience, perhaps at team level, who is looking to make the move into Practice Management or someone who is already working as a Practice Manager and is looking for a change of firm.
