Hours: 21 hours per week, over 3 days
Salary: £9,360 per annum NJC points 13-18 (£16,491 - £18,070 p/a, FTE)
Based: Nottingham & Derby
This customer-facing role, based at either of our local offices, involves the sale and administration of Age UK insurance and other financial products, either face-to-face or by telephone, predominantly to older people.
Experience of general insurance sales clerical work, whilst useful, is not essential, as full accredited FCA training will be provided.
It is more important to have a pleasant, approachable manner, adaptability, patience, some keyboard skills and, above all, a commitment to providing first class customer service.
