A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced catering manager to join Oldrids & Downtown in the role of Restaurant Manager at our Downtown Boston store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be an outstanding people manager and an inspirational role model for your team. Your other responsibilities will include stock management, maintaining exceptional standards of food safety and hygiene, trialling new products, and using your commercial acumen and knowledge of the customer to increase sales and enhance profitability.
In addition to a passion for food and customer service, you will need to be PC-literate, financially astute, and extremely organised in your approach to your work. Although not essential, previous experience of delivering Basic Food Hygiene training would be beneficial.
You will be working 36.25 hours per week on varying shifts over up to 5 days between Sunday and Saturday, including regular weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays. You should be able to offer a flexible approach to working times.
